Marketing Professional
The Marketing Professional is a new position in the AT Coalition Project, responsible for all marketing and outreach for both the online resource and for training sessions offered throughout California.
Role and Responsibilities
Design, implement, and facilitate marketing plan for the Accessible Technology Coalition.
Work with project management on plan specs and time estimates
Collaborate with Editing, Web development, Training and User teams
Develop/suggest user content/interface in response to end user requests.
Develop and administer marketing database, which includes client and prospect information, mailing list applications, etc.
Coordinating business development and marketing activities via these relationships
Oversee ATC’s electronic marketing efforts.
Organize and implement End user relations including: End user satisfaction surveys, End user development activities, End user skills training and special events.
Produce demos for use in marketing.
Report to project management
Preferred Skills
Five years in marketing role within professional services environment.
Strong consensus building skills; marketing management and strategic planning experience; a proven track record in developing and administering marketing programs.
Polished presentation and interpersonal skills.
Must possess top level business management, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
Needs good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications.
Five+ years experience with Assistive Technology and working with people with disabilities.
