Description
The Deaf and Disabled Telecommunications Program (DDTP) is a California State mandated program. Under the DDTP, the California Telephone Access Program (CTAP) distributes Telecommunications equipment and services for individuals certified as having functional limitations of hearing, vision, mobility, speech and/or interpretation of information. The program also distributes equipment and offers training to eligible organizations. Services include The California Relay Service (CRS) and Speech-to-Speech Relay Service (STS). Assistive Technology Services: Demonstration, Funding & Purchase, Provides Telecom products and services to end users and funding for assistive technology for eligible clients
